Rajith Kumar is a highly seen leader with extensive experience in the corporate world. After working with renowned companies, such as Dell and Google, Rajith is now the Chief Operating Officer of The Oakley International Schools . Rajith has expertise in multiple fields such as Quality Assurance, Process Reengineering, Business Development & Business Strategy, and Human Resources. In addition to experience gained from working in the corporate sector, Rajith has also undertaken several international leadership training programs.

Rajith has a demonstrated ability to develop strategies, lead people towards a common goal, and steer organizations to success. He is committed to working hard for the benefit of his organization and has an unflinching dedication to bettering the lives of those around him. Rajith is also an avid learner and keeps himself updated with the latest trends and technologies. He is always looking for ways to push himself and his organization forward.

Vijaya Saradhi Podicheti is the Academic Director of The Oakley International Schools. Mr. Podicheti is an expert in the field of education, who has successfully held a variety of roles in leadership and management in the school environment. Starting his career as a physics teacher, Mr Saradhi has played an integral and vital role in the smooth days-to-day running of a series of schools, serving an important, multi-faceted function of curriculum innovation, operational and assessment management.
